I am Hannah Preservati

My personal journey led me to become a fitness trainer

My name is Hannah Preservati and I am the founder of Tenacity Strength and Conditioning. I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the importance of strength and conditioning, as it was a crucial aspect of my own journey to recovery from multiple injuries throughout my athletic career. I suffered from multiple ACL injuries, which required extensive training to regain my strength and athleticism in order to return to sport.

Since 2014, I have been using these experiences to fuel my passion for coaching others. I believe that strength and conditioning is not only essential for preventing injuries, but also for enhancing performance in sports and in everyday life. My own personal experiences have given me the tools and skills to help others who are seeking to take their athleticism to the next level.

At Tenacity Strength and Conditioning, I strive to provide my clients with the same confidence and increased performance that strength and conditioning training gave me. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being. Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior or simply looking to improve your fitness, I am here to help you reach your full potential.

I cannot say enough good things about Hannah, both as a person and as a strength and conditioning coach. Hannah began working with our oldest son a couple of years ago and developed a program specific to him based on his needs, body style and sport. Over the last two years he has seen amazing results which have helped him flourish on the basketball court against older players both on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Just this year, Hannah began working our younger son and he is realizing those same gains and improvements. Hannah is also a tremendous communicator and instructor. Hannah is Amazing! She trains many athletes of various sports however she had never worked with a tennis player before. By our second session she was talking in tennis lingo and had me training specific movements that mimicked the fundamentals in tennis. Each week she impresses me as she talks about each new movement and how it will help my tennis training. Without ever meeting my tennis coach she is now saying the same things as him and he has been coaching/ playing tennis his whole life. I only see her for an hour each week but I know that she is putting in way more than an hour for me by studying my sport, designing workouts and homework for me! I have worked with many trainers over the years and I have never seen anyone as dedicated and awesome as Hannah!

Hannah has worked with my boys on a weekly basis for several years. I have seen tremendous growth in both their physical and mental strength.
