I am Hannah Preservati
My personal journey led me to become a fitness trainer
My name is Hannah Preservati and I am the founder of Tenacity Strength and Conditioning. I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the importance of strength and conditioning, as it was a crucial aspect of my own journey to recovery from multiple injuries throughout my athletic career. I suffered from multiple ACL injuries, which required extensive training to regain my strength and athleticism in order to return to sport.
Since 2014, I have been using these experiences to fuel my passion for coaching others. I believe that strength and conditioning is not only essential for preventing injuries, but also for enhancing performance in sports and in everyday life. My own personal experiences have given me the tools and skills to help others who are seeking to take their athleticism to the next level.
At Tenacity Strength and Conditioning, I strive to provide my clients with the same confidence and increased performance that strength and conditioning training gave me. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
